Just a little about me, I am 5’7, 147 lbs. I have an under active thyroid. (taking medication for it) I want to lose about 17 pounds, I would like to get to 130. I am working out at the gym 2 nights a week ( Work schedule makes it hard to do anything more) and trying to eat healthy..I do good for the most part, but have a sweet tooth I do have to tend to. I do have self control and do not indulge a lot, I just cant take sweets outta my diet completely. Anyways, I feel like I am losing a little bit of weight, but it is mostly in my bust. I am looking more pear shaped then ever and I am getting so frustrated because I am not losing anything in my hips and thighs. At the gym I do a variety of workouts, bikes, leg and arm machines, elliptical….what am I doing wrong..or any tips that can help. I know you cant focus on one part of your body..I just wish I would start losing a little more in the other areas.
