I want to start loosing weight again and I was wondering if TAEBO would be good for burning fat and getting tone as well as how long it might take and if it would be a good idea for a fitness plan?
Also would 900 calories be ok for a daily diet if not what type of recipes or meal plans can I try out or how much calories should I consume in a day… I have a under-active thyroid so its harder for me to loose weight.
Last thing is… i there a community online that free that helps people loose weight, give recipes and allow you to write blogs and stay on top of your weight program?
