To start off… I’m 18 going on 19 years old if that matters. I’ve noticed weird symptoms for the past month but I have no idea what it all could mean now. First I had a missed period last month with a regular 28 day cycle, no positive pregnancy tests and negative blood test. I got tested for estrogen and progesterone levels, thyroid, ovarian cancer, STD’s and several other things that would be factor to this. But apparently everything is normal and I am not pregnant, all I had was lymphocytes but wasn’t a lot or enough that’s effecting anything else.
I’m suppose to start in about 3 days from now but I’ve been feeling an on-and-off stabbing pain in my right lower abdomen that hurts sometimes more when i move my right leg (anything on the right side really) or pee. and now I’m noticing one of my nipples is larger and pointier than the other.
Could this all mean something, or is my body just going through a “phase”?
I’m not stressed out about any of this, but I do have a little anxiety from time to time. Which probably explains these random heartburn episodes I’ve had lately too.
If anyone has had anything similar to this, or could possibly give me some answers, it would be greatly appreciated.
Once I figure out whats going on, I’ll pick best answer.
Thanks!

I take medication for depression but what i really have is serious health anxieties. I’m 36 years old and feel like a sitting duck. Everytime i feel a lump or bump i start getting really nervous and think for sure it is cancer. Several months ago my doctor found 3 thyroid nodules and i had one biopsied and it was negative but during that time i already convinced myself i had thyroid cancer and i couldn’t eat and i cried all the time. I’m suppose to go back to the doctor for another sonogram of my neck to see if they have grown and i won’t go because i’m deathly afraid of doctors. Now i have been getting hot flashes so i’ve convinced myself it must be lymphoma. By the way my thyroid blood work is fine. Am i just one sick puppy or what? Please no mean comments.
